What type of massage is right for me?

Swedish Massage is a light form of massage comprised of 5 different techniques that work on the more superficial layers of the muscles. A Swedish massage leaves one feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged!

A Deep Tissue massage is aimed at a more intense level of the muscles and fascia than Swedish and can be used to target specific issues that need extra attention. It can be relaxing or quite vigorous, depending on the recipient’s intentions.

Sacred Stone Massage is a 90 minute treatment using heated basalt lava rocks. This form of hot stone massage incorporates the LaStone technique of hot stone training into its session. The rocks are both passively and actively applied on the body and produce a warm wonderful and luxurious feeling. There are also cold marble stones which can be applied if requested and these provide a refreshing and soothing contrast to the warmth. If you are a connoisseur of massage, and haven’t yet tried this treatment, it’s a must! Hot stone is particularly effective in increasing the body’s circulation and pain management (a surprising benefit of this massage, since it is so incredibly relaxing).

*** Please see precautions and additional information at bottom of page for this (and all) types of massage***

Reflexology Massage is a hands and or foot massage which stimulate points on the body’s extremities which activates the nerve flow in the entire body. There is a reason a foot massage feels so good, it’s because you are not just massaging the feet!
